A good way to get your blog listed in the search engine optimization (SEO) space is to use blog directories. Blog directories are websites that classify your blogs into many different categories. Usually the best blog directories are human edited, which means that each blog submitted is reviewed by a person, not a robot, who will decide if our blog belongs to their directory or not.

Now blog directories will not only help your blog reach people who are interested in the topic you are writing about, but they will also provide strong back links and can help your posts rank in search engines. . Also, keep in mind that many people search blog directories to find blogs that are similar to their blogs.

I heard someone ask “What is a backlink?

A backlink is a link that a blog site gets from another blog site or static website. Backlinks can have a huge impact on a website’s ranking in search engine results. That is why they are considered so important to improve the SEO ranking of a blog. Search engines will use their own methods to calculate rankings using multiple factors to display search results.

One of the many methods that can help your ranking is submitting your sites to blog and article directories. I’m just going to focus on three directories that I have posted this blog to recently. In another post I will talk about article directories and perhaps other blog directories.

I only list the sites that I recently applied to in June of this year and I have an easy to use portal. So, check it out for yourself. As I continue my research, I can post about other people later, after submitting my sites.

This site is easy to navigate. It doesn’t make you feel like it’s a “spam site”. I was quite surprised that the site I listed got indexed so quickly. So they encourage me to submit more sites.

Blog flow

Blogflux lets you know on the first page that they currently have 157,056 blogs. So you are excited to add your blogs to the number. They highlight the type of blogs that WILL NOT ACCEPT. It is a simple submission process.

It is also stupidly easy to navigate. It has been around for a long time, so it has a high level of reliability. When you click on the tab for your blog directory, it doesn’t give you a chance to search the categories. But they make it easy for me to get in touch with them. So I’ll let you know that this boom is concerned. I am sure it will be corrected.

I used one of my handy Blog Management System forms to record the directory name, username, and password, as well as the specific blog I submitted.

If you have other favorite blog directories, share them.
