You should have a conversation with your husband to keep up with tasks, the day’s events, and the budget and family expenses. You can end the conversation on a lighter note, thinking of taking a vacation this year or conceiving another child or having a party with friends – the list goes on.
Before going to bed, try reading a book on paper: fiction or self-help book, whichever you like best. When your eyes are too tired to hold the book, turn off the lights and go to sleep.

Tomorrow is not guaranteed because you may hear about the death of someone close or that your child falls off the swing at school and gets hurt and you have to take him to the hospital or it is simply snowy weather.
