Three Things You Must Do in 2022 to Earn More, Be More Successful, and Enjoy More

Impacting thousands of people in the past used to be the special preserve of what used to be called multinational corporations, but today, thanks to the Internet, a child at his mother’s kitchen table can reach thousands, if not millions, simply pressing send. or post to your iPhone or laptop. Technology even has the playing field, so you have no excuse if you haven’t yet joined the information superhighway.

After more than 25 years as a banking “professional,” I started going online in 2020, thanks to the COVID-19 pandemic, and what I’ve learned has changed my perspective on how to positively impact more lives, earn more, be more successful, and enjoy more. Success, unlike beauty, is not in the eye of the beholder. Success, as Jim Rohn says, leaves clues. In this sense, I am only concerned with financial success. When you’re financially successful, it’s reflected in where you live, the type of car you drive, and the causes you support.

To be financially successful, you must earn by the minute, hour or day, not every thirty days (or weekly as in the US) as an employee, even if you are the CEO of your organization. The biggest names win by the minute. And when you earn per minute you can enjoy more, like spending more time with your loved ones, going on vacation together, reading good books and supporting the less privileged.

These are the three things I would do to earn more, be more successful, and enjoy more in 2022 and beyond if you asked me for my opinion and were willing to pay me to train you, but you can get them here for free. I think you already know that you should be operating online, and if you don’t, put on your tennis shoes and run full speed to find someone who can help you learn that. Having cleared up that position, here are the three things you need to do:

1. Build your audience
In the online world, the audience is your customers. If you want to succeed beyond your wildest dreams in 2022, build and grow your audience. Again, if you want to succeed online beyond your wildest dreams in 2022, focus solely on building your audience. I’m not just talking about the audience, I’m talking about customers who are willing to put their hands in their pockets and pay you to impact their lives.

Building your audience or growing your customer base is something that every man, woman and child who aspires to succeed online should know instinctively, but many don’t understand. While obvious to the connoisseur, it’s not always so to the jaded beginner. Instead of mindlessly jumping around trying to do a thousand things, do just one thing in 2022: build your audience.

The more things change, the more they stay the same. From the days of the industrial revolution to today, the only way to grow your business is still to capture more and more satisfied customers that you can turn into raving fans. Nothing else matters. Having customers salivate over what you have to offer is so obvious that gurus like Edward Deming, John Juran, Philip Crosby, Tom Peters and countless other gurus have pontificated on it and have written dozens of books over half a century.

Organizations have responded by setting up customer service departments, installing huge and expensive customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and spending millions on training, but nothing much has changed. The more they spend, the more their service deteriorates because it’s not about systems but people’s attitude towards customers.

So, as an online entrepreneur, if you want to be successful in a long-term sustainable way, stop saying and continue doing: focus on building an audience and turning them into enthusiastic fans doing everything you can to improve their lives. You can do this by enlightening them on more productive ways to achieve their goals, sharing your experience on how you overcame adversity, educating them on how to set up their money machine, sharing your experience on how to be more results-oriented, and showing them how to do things with more easily through automation.

Some gurus may recommend that you start with a product and not an audience. For your success online, know that audience and products are two sides of the same coin. However, you only need one product to be successful, but you need thousands of customers to reach a tipping point. Your product doesn’t have to be great, it doesn’t have to be perfect, it doesn’t have to be great from day one. It just has to serve a purpose. You should be able to get your client from point A to point B. You can always go back and modify it later as you build momentum. But without listening to your product, you will be orphaned. So focus on building and growing an audience.

If you do it right, having a product doesn’t even matter because your audience will at some point ask you if you have a product that can solve their problem A, B or C to offer them. You can then modify your existing product or create an entirely new one to add more value to their lives. The most successful online gurus like Brendon Burchard, Marie Forleo, Natalie Ellis, Gloria Atanmo to name a few know this and it’s no secret. In fact, they preach it and if you want to be successful in 2022 and beyond, you better listen.

So again, focus on building an audience. Build relationships day and night using all available channels. Be generous because generosity is the number one currency of the Internet. Get your perspective. Know that there is nothing people want online that they can’t get through Google, YouTube, and other search engines. But they may not have the confidence to try them and they may not understand the context because there are so many points of view. That’s where you come in, to provide clarity. Help your audience develop self-confidence and clarity because people are at different points in their life’s journey, so what works for Mr. A might not work for Mrs. B. By providing clarity, You position yourself to attract more prospects that you can then convert into customers, which positions you to earn more, be more successful, and enjoy more in the long run.

2. Do you earn daily instead of monthly?
While most people earn monthly because they are gainfully employed, did you know that you could earn by the day or by the hour or even by the minute if you knew what to do online? Most of the people who know nothing about online business believe that it is impossible to earn daily, they talk less about earning per hour. They can’t fathom how that can be done, yet there are thousands earning by the minute because they have set their systems on autopilot.

Let’s say you hate winning daily, why not position yourself to win at least once every five days? By doing so, your purchasing power will be multiplied by six. And the good news is that you don’t have to know the governor of the state, you don’t have to be “connected”; all you need is a laptop. And more importantly, you don’t have to work six or thirty times as hard. It gets even better if you can win while you sleep. And since you don’t like anything illegal, you can sleep with both eyes closed.

If you are an employee and you live in a country like Nigeria, where I reside, you are earning once every thirty days and, to say the least, you are kidding yourself. If you’re skeptical about what I’m saying, I quite understand. I would have felt the same way when I was working in an underpaid bank. So I thought I was on top of the world. How wrong I was!

The scales finally fell from my eyes when I quit paid work to try my hand at management consulting, which had always been my dream. The first thing I did was hire a trainer and he showed me various ways that he could make a living online. What he showed me blew my mind, but he was still skeptical because it sounded too good to be true. Despite having invested a huge sum in training, coaching and website development, I gave up after 12 weeks and went back to knocking on doors as a struggling management consultant that I was used to because everything seemed so complicated.

The decision to return to my familiar territory took me back more than seven years until the COVID-19 pandemic hit in 2020. Like millions of people around the world, I was stuck at home and had no choice but to return to what the guru taught. I. I applied a simple strategy and it blew up my profits. Suddenly I became a “guru” in my own wooden necks. All I had to do was learn the basics of how to grow my audience, how to use social media the right way, how to build relationships, how to create products, etc. Once I learned the basics, I realized that online business was not as complicated as I thought. I wish I knew how to win daily twenty years ago.

If you are an employee who earns income once every thirty days, you can make 2022 the best year of your life by learning next door how you can earn at least once every five days to start. This requires an open mind, curiosity, and bonding with a coach to show you how things work online. You must also have the self-confidence to understand that if things don’t work out, the world won’t come to an end.

3. Take action
The third and last thing you need to do to earn more, be more successful, and enjoy yourself more is to take action. While this is so self-evident, as humans, we like to stay in our comfort zones, we like to procrastinate, and we don’t like to make a fool of ourselves. Some of us are perfectionists and until we are one hundred percent sure that we are right; we do not like to venture into new ventures. There are a thousand things that could go wrong if you start a new company, 99.99% of them will never happen. All that keeps you down is your ego.

So, without dwelling on the point, take action. Many people attend seminars, webinars, read books, and even hire coaches, but never lift a finger to do whatever it takes to move the needle in their favor. There are many things you can do to be successful in any endeavor you undertake, but at the center of it all is “you.” You have to learn the tools, techniques, systems, processes, strategies and tactics. While technology is important, it is an enablement and until you focus your mindset on getting things moving, nothing will happen.

If you want to make 2022 your best year and position yourself to earn more, be more successful, and enjoy more, focus on these three things, build and grow your audience like your life depends on it because it does, rework your strategies to start earn daily, and better yet, hourly, and finally, take action. If you do these three things, you will succeed beyond your wildest dreams in 2022 and become the go-to person on your wooden necks.
