The reality is this: You need to enter a market that has a number of people competing in that market who are making the amount of money you want to make and who are building the type of business you want to build.

If you can’t find these people easily in your market, then you need to find a larger market. It’s easy to dominate a small niche market where you don’t have competitors, but you’re not going to make money from it.

Secret #2:

Realize that competition is the best you can have in a market. If you have a lot of competitors in your market, consider yourself lucky! That’s the best you can have. The reason is that they validate the market and show you what works.

Find out what they are doing and do a better job and you will eventually dominate that market.
